My Philosophy of Education:
Education enables individuals to grow as free and conscious contributors to the welfare of the community. Education provides choices and opportunities for betterment both of the individuals and their community. The seeds of adult success are sown during the school years.
My Goal as an Educator:
Prevent my students from dropping out of high school, see truancy as a symptom of a bigger problem, work with guidance, family and community support systems to get to the root cause, and promote healthy alternatives to re-integrate absentee students in the learning community.
